Dwarf cucumber “Quick Snack”.
Crispy and sweet "cocktail" cucumber!
Parthenocarpic variety with dark green and smooth skin for growing in pots and containers at home on a sunny windowsill.
Early ripening: 38-45 days from emergence.
Fruit size: 4-6 cm in length and 3 cm in width.
Forms a dense compact bush: 20 cm wide and 50-60 cm high.
Recommended pot size: 15-20 cm.
It is helpful for plants to provide support to keep them upright and to pinch them back when the plant reaches the top of the trellis.
Use fresh or add to mixed vegetables or a fresh salad.

* Cucumber is one of the lowest-calorie vegetables (20 kcal per 100 g). Water makes up 97% of the mass, and the rest consists of proteins, fats, sugar, vitamins C, B1, B2, E and A, as well as minerals such as potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and iron.

Cucumbers in tomato juice.
Ingredients:
• 1 kg of cucumbers (based on a two-liter or two-liter jars);
• 1 kg of red tomatoes (or 1 liter of tomato juice);
• 1 tbsp with a small top of salt;
• 1 tbsp without a top of sugar;
• 1 aspirin tablet;
• citric acid on the tip of a knife;
• tarragon, garlic, dill, parsley, blackcurrant leaf, cherry leaf - all to taste.

Cooking method:
1. Blanch cucumbers and spices.
2. Place seasoning on the bottom of the jar, then cucumbers tightly.
3. Prepare tomato dressing, pour boiling water over tomatoes, drain water, peel, mince, add salt and sugar and cook for 15-20 minutes.
4. Pour boiling tomato dressing over cucumbers, add aspirin and citric acid, roll up and cool under a blanket, without turning the jars over. Store in a cool place.
Note: this recipe does not use vinegar. Tomato dressing gives cucumbers a delicate, pleasant and special taste.
